The Jonas Brothers Launch Popcorn Brand Inspired By Team Member’s Dad

The Jonas Brothers have announced their latest project and nope, it’s not a new song. It’s a new popcorn brand!

Yep, Nick, Joe and Kevin have teamed up with food and beverage business The Naked Market to bring to life their long-time backstage snack.

It’s called “Rob’s Backstage Popcorn” after Rob Garbowsky – the father of Greg Garbowsky, their friend, former bass guitarist and current member of the band’s management team – who came up with the original secret seasoning mix years ago.

“All three of us are thrilled to bring Rob’s Backstage Popcorn to the world, and we truly mean that – from busy mums juggling multiple things at once, to the on-the-go college student looking for a quick bite, we couldn’t be more excited to finally share Rob’s Backstage Popcorn with everyone,” Nick said in a statement.

The idea first came to Nick in 2011 when he tasted the popcorn during an evening at the Garbowsky’s and convinced Rob to make it for the entire Jonas Brothers crew.

He did and it quickly became the band’s go-to snack on their “Happiness Begins” tour – and has been on the road with them ever since.

Some fans may’ve even noticed it was for sale at some venues on the boys’ current “Remember This” tour. But as of today, Rob’s Backstage Popcorn is available for purchase online and can be shipped all across America.

“Partnering with the Jonas Brothers to launch Rob’s Backstage Popcorn was a no-brained,” The Naked Market founder Harrison Fugman says in a statement.

“To take such an authentic love the Brothers had of the popcorn and create a great tasting brand around it is a recipe for a smashing success.”
