Lewis Hamilton is pleading with his millions of followers to stop buying plastic.
The F1 superstar took some time out of his holiday in Mykonos to clean up a beach full of rubbish. He posted a video of the mess on his social media accounts saying, “I just wanted you guys to see the impact of the plastic you buy and throw away. This is where it goes.”
He also wants us to think twice about the companies we support: “We all need to act, we must stop supporting companies that are blindly fixated on their profits at the expense of our beautiful planet.”
