Selena Gomez Shares Love & Admiration for ‘Only Murders’ Co-Star Meryl Streep

Selena Gomez is celebrating her Only Murders in the Building co-star Meryl Streep!

The actor and singer shared a sweet snap of the two on social media, facing each other and smiling. Captioning the photo, Selena revealed filming for Season 3 of the hit series has officially wrapped up:

“I’m not sure I have enough words to explain just how beautiful this season has been,” she writes.

“It has been deliriously hilarious, challenging and for me, an absolute dream. I’ll post more soon. But I’ll leave it with the woman I adore, look up to and love.”

The legendary Meryl Streep entered the popular series this year, joining other stellar cast members including regulars Steve Martin, and Martin Short as well as newcomer Paul Rudd.

It was Selena who broke the news of Meryl’s casting when she posted a TikTok saying, “Hey guys, we’re on set. What are we shooting? Season 3. The gang is back together. Could this honestly get any better?” before Paul answers:

“Well I do think it could get a little bit better.” That’s when queen Meryl pokes her head out from behind!

In case you’re not already across this seriously addictive series, it follows the story of 3 people who live in the same building (the Arconia) and discover a shared interest in true crime, so much so that they start a podcast together and wind up in some murder mysteries of their own!

In October last year it was announced that Grey’s Anatomy alum Jesse Williams would be joining the season 3 cast too.

There’s no word yet on when the third instalment will be released but one thing is for sure, we can’t wait! The first two seasons are currently streaming on Hulu and Disney+.
