Jennifer Lopez Recreates Scene From “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” For Album’s 20th Anniversary

It’s been 20 years since Jennifer Lopez blessed us with her self-titled second studio album, “J.Lo” – and she’s celebrating the milestone!

The superstar has recreated a clip from her 2001 hit single “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” – you know the one where she storms out of that spectacular mansion and chucks all her jewellery on the road because….think she gonna spend your cash? She won’t.

Just like in the original, Jennifer walks along a beach wearing a luxurious-looking cream coat. But this time, instead of wearing a white halter-neck underneath, she’s wearing a black t-shirt with a photo of herself on it from around the time the album dropped in 2001:

Her “JLo” album, which also featured hits songs “I’m Real” and “Play,” sold more than 8 million copies worldwide, was certified quadruple platinum and became her highest selling album ever.

“As I reflect on the fact that it’s the #JLo20thAnniversary, I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for being with me, loving me and supporting me through all the ups and downs,” Jennifer posted on Instagram, sharing a selection of photos from her recent shoot.
