A number of Adele fans got the surprise of their life after the superstar FaceTimed them to personally apologise for cancelling her show at the last minute!
Adele was supposed to be performing at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas but tearfully announced on opening night that everything had to be put on hold for a number of reasons, one of them being the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
But a bunch of her fans had already arrived in Vegas for the show, including diehard fan Eleni Sabracos, who went viral on TikTok after sharing the number of obstacles she’s gone through since 2016 to see her idol in concert:
@elenisabracos IM NOT MAD AT #ADELE I JUST WANT TO GIVE HER THESE SHIRTS AND DRINK WHISPERING ANGEL TOGETHER #storytime #ellenshow ♬ original sound – Eleni
From scoring fake concert tickets one year, to turning up at other cancelled shows, and now Vegas, Eleni was, as you can imagine, pretty disappointed.
That was until Adele called her to not only say sorry, but also to invite her on stage for a photo op at the next concert!
Another fan named Dominic Crisonino also shared his video call with Adele on socials, where she also apologised for postponing the show. Dominic was clearly thrilled to chat to the Queen herself:

From the footage circulating online, it appears one of Adele’s team members was holding the phone in a merchandise shop, as the superstar spoke to a number of fans.
No word yet on when she’ll hit the stage again.
