Beyoncé‘s been doing what she can to boost Black-owned businesses across America.
The superstar has announced an additional $1 million in grants for the Black Owned Small Business Impact Fund – a program started through her BeyGOOD foundation and the NAACP in July this year.
The fund has already distributed 20 grants of $10,000 each to bakers, hairdressers, martial arts schools, photography studios and more.
The additional funding from Queen Bey means hundreds of businesses can now receive a little extra support.

Earlier this year, Beyoncé spoke out about the disproportionate impact of the pandemic on Black Americans and through her foundation, arranged for free COVID-19 testing in her home city of Houston.
She’s also written an open letter to the Kentucky Attorney General demanding justice for Breonna Taylor who was shot by police carrying out a no-knock warrant at the wrong address and used her platform to keep the spotlight on the countless Black lives lost due to police brutality.
