Lady Gaga has spoken out for the first time since her dog walker, Ryan Fischer, was shot in Los Angeles and two of her dogs were stolen in a violent armed robbery.
The singer shared a message on Twitter saying her “heart is sick” from the news.
“My beloved dogs Koji and Gustav were taken in Hollywood two nights ago,” she writes, sharing photos of her pups.
“I am praying my family will be whole again with an act of kindness.”

Ryan had been walking three of the singer’s dogs through West Hollywood at around 9.40pm on Wednesday night when some people in a white Nissan Altima pulled up beside him and demanded he hand over the pups.
He was shot once and two of the dogs, Gustav and Koji were taken while the third, Miss Asia ran off but was later found by authorities.
The LAPD confirmed yesterday that Ryan is in a stable condition in hospital. As did his parents who told TMZ that he’s expected to make a full recovery and, that he joins Gaga in her plea to find Gustav and Koji.
In her post, Gaga explained that she’s offering a $500,000 reward for the safe return of her bulldogs and asks anyone with information to email KojiandGustav@gmail.com.
“If you bought or found them unknowingly, the reward is the same,” she adds.
Gaga also praised Ryan for doing what he could to protect her dogs.
“I continue to love you Ryan Fischer, you risked your life to fight for our family. You’re forever a hero.”
