Artist & Smile-Spreader Stephen “tWitch” Boss Has Passed Away

Incredibly sad news – Stephen “tWitch” Boss, the joyful DJ who had us all dancing during The Ellen Show, a social media star spreading fun vibes, actor and former So You Think You Can Dance contestant, has passed away.

His wife and fellow dancer Allison Kolker Boss has shared a statement to People:

“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans. To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honour his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children. Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”

While there are multiple reports about his cause of death, Allison has not shared this in her statement (and no authorities have shared this information yet either) – I think it’s important to respect the family and the information made public at this stage.

tWitch was 40. He is survived by Allison and children Zaia, 3, Maddox, 6, and Weslie, 14.

Condolences to all who knew and loved him.
