Jeremy Renner is sharing the super sweet message he received from his nephew sometime after his snow plough accident in January.
You might remember the Marvel star was hospitalised on New Year’s Day for blunt chest trauma and severe orthopaedic injuries after the plough – which weighs over 6,000 kilograms – ran him over.
In his Instagram stories, Jeremy posted a photo of the hand-written note which reads:
“I am very lucky because my uncle is hawk-eye (witch is 1 of the Avengers). I am also very lucky that my uncle is alive from his accident.”
The actor captioned the photo, “Love my little man. Bless you Auggie.”

He also shared an adorable photo of two stuffed animal sloths on his story, describing the photo as “my inside feelings.”
According to Washoe County Sherriff Darin Balam, Jeremy had just helped a family member get a stuck vehicle out of snow when the accident happened:
“At this point, it is observed that the PistenBully started to roll. In an effort to stop the rolling PistenBully, Mr. Renner attempts to get back into the driver’s seat of the PistenBully. Based on our investigation, it’s at this point that Mr. Renner is run over by the PistenBully.”
Jeremy last shared an update on his ongoing recovery in February. In a now-expired Instagram story, he shared a clip of himself using a fitness machine, sitting down, with only one leg. “Whatever it Takes,” he posted on the clip, cleverly using the words of his mate Captain America in Avengers: Endgame.
He added in a separate slide, “Mental Recovery Too”, sharing a photo of himself reading by a fireplace.
