Jeremy Renner has shared a short video from hospital, four days after being severely injured in a snow ploughing accident – and while the road to full recovery may be a long one, rest assured, he is surrounded by love!
The Marvel star took to his Instagram stories to share a clip of his mother and sister by his side, comforting him as he continues to recover.
“ICU SPA MOMENT TO LIFT MY SPIRITS,” he writes alongside the video of his sister massaging his head while he wears a shower cap, making him laugh.
“Thank you mama. Thank you sister. Thank all for [sic] you for your love.”
In the video, Jeremy can be heard saying, “first shower in definitely a week.. So gross!”
He also shared the video on Twitter adding that it had started as a “not so great” day for him in ICU but quickly changed thanks to his loved ones:
A “not no great” ICU DAY, turned to amazing spa day with my sis and mama❤️. Thank you sooooo much pic.twitter.com/pvu1aWeEXY

This is the second update he’s shared since the New Year’s Day accident. Earlier this week, he posted a selfie from his hospital bed after undergoing surgery, with the caption: “Thank you all for your kind words. Im [sic] too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all.”

During a press conference by Washoe County Sherriff, Darin Balaam, it was revealed that Jeremy had been helping a family member move a vehicle stuck in the snow when the snow plough began to roll. As he tried to get into the snowcat’s driver’s seat, he was run over by it.
