We can’t believe Max and Emme are 13 already – and neither can Jennifer Lopez!
The superstar has shared a sweet video on Instagram of her twins enjoying breakfast in bed on their special day along with a heart-melting caption that has us in a puddle of tears.
“My beautiful babies are teenagers today!! OMG!!” JLo begins.

“I can’t believe it’s been 13 years since I carried them both home in my arms in the middle of a snowstorm. Out of that blizzard came two perfect li’l coconuts who rearranged my life and taught me the true meaning of love,” she continues.
“It has been the most magical journey full of adventure and joy ever since….I’m feeling so many emotions this morning…so very emotional today…so proud and happy and heartbroken that I can’t freeze time”

In addition to the beautiful breakfast, Emme and Max also got some guitar lessons from the coolest person on the planet, Lenny Kravitz!
Jen and her family are currently in the Dominican Republic where she’s filming her latest movie Shotgun Wedding.
