Members of Olivia Newton-John’s family are sharing heartfelt tributes for the late star, who passed away earlier this week from breast cancer.
In a post on Instagram, husband John Easterling described the Grease actress and singer as the “most courageous woman” he has ever known:
“Our love for each other transcends our understanding,” he captioned a photo of the two of them smiling.

“Every day we expressed our gratitude for this love that could be so deep, so real, so natural. We never had to ‘work’ on it. We were in awe of this great mystery and accepted the experience of our love as past, present and forever.”
He goes on to describe Olivia as a “healer” whose “bandwith for genuinely caring for people, for nature and all creatures almost eclipses what is humanly possible.”
“Even now as her soul soars, the pain and holes in my heart are healed with the joy of her love and the light that shines forward.”
John, who married Olivia in 2008, ends his message by thanking friends and fans for the “vast ocean of love and support” that has been shared with his family since her passing.
Earlier, Olivia’s daughter from a previous marriage, Chloe Lattanzi, also shared some beautiful words of love:
“You are my lighthouse mama. My safe place. My heart space. It has been my honour and continues to be my honour to be your baby and best friend. You are an angel on earth and everyone touched by you has been blessed. I love you forever my life giver, my teacher, my mama.”
