Game of Thrones stars Rose Leslie and Kit Harington have expanded their beautiful family!
The couple, who are already parents to a 2-year-old son, have now welcomed a baby girl. A rep for the actors confirmed their happy news to People after some tabloids caught on to the story.
Kit and Rose are very private about their relationship and haven’t shared any other details about their children. Although, during an appearance on NBC’s The Tonight Show earlier this year, host Jimmy Fallon asked Kit about his 2-year-old son and he happily responded.
“He’s about to get the shock of his life, which is that he’s about to get a brother or sister,” Kit said, sharing the news that he and Rose were expecting another child, and also admitting he felt a little “terrified” about it all himself!

“You know, with the first baby, you’re like walking on clouds and dancing through fields of daisies for nine months – well, the man is anyway. But this time, the reality check comes much shorter. You get practical real quick!”
Rose and Kit famously met on the set of the second season of the hit HBO TV series Game of Thrones which ran from 2011 to 2019, based on the books by George R. R. Martin. They portrayed onscreen lovers and fan favourites, Jon Snow and Ygritte of the Free Folk. Neither Kit nor Rose took part in the recent Game of Thrones prequel, House of Dragon.
The couple, who have never confirmed when they started dating exactly, tied the knot in 2018 in Scotland. They announced they were expecting their first child in September, 2020 when Rose took part in a stunning maternity photo shoot for the U.K’s Make Magazine. They welcomed their first child in early 2021.
