T-Boz and Chilli Remember Left-Eye on What Would’ve Been Her 49th Birthday

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas are honouring the “L” in TLC today.

Lisa “Left-Eye” Lopes who was the third member of the successful 90s group would’ve been celebrating her 49th birthday.

The singer tragically died in a car crash while filming a documentary in Honduras in 2002. She was just 30 years old.

“Sometimes I wonder what we’d be doing now!” T-Boz writes, sharing an old photo of herself with Left-Eye.

“Miss you beyond words! Happy Birthday my home biscuit skillet,” she adds.

Chilli also shared a sweet message about her band mate and friend:

“Love her endlessly and miss her like craaaaaaaaazy! Continue resting in peace sister.”

TLC had nine top-10 hits on the Billboard 100 and four number-one singles including “Waterfalls”, “No Scrubs”, “Creep”, and “Unpretty”.
