Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have announced the sex of their baby – and they did it in true rockstar-fashion!
In a video posted to Instagram, we see Kourtney sitting on the Blink-182 drummer’s lap at an outdoor event. Travis starts a drumroll, hits the cymbals and suddenly blue streamers and confetti burst through the air and rain down all around them.
Yep, they’re having a boy! (You can check out the sweet video here.) Surrounded by cheering family and friends, the couple then share a kiss and hug each other.
Kourtney famously announced she was pregnant just last week after holding up a “Travis, I’m Pregnant” sign at a Blink-182 concert, a callback to a moment from the band’s “All The Small Things” music video.
This is Kourtney and Travis’ first baby together. Kourtney already has two sons, 13-year-old Mason and 8-year-old Reign, as well as a 10-year-old daughter Penelope with her ex Scott Disick. Travis has 19-year-old son Landon with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He’s also dad to 17-year-old daughter Alabama and 24-year-old stepdaughter Atiana.

Kourtney and Travis, who tied the knot in Italy in May 2022, have been very open about their IVF journey. Last year, Kourtney told WSJ Magazine how they’d completed several rounds but stopped the process.
“It was a lot. I took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married,” she told the publication.
She’s also mentioned in recent episodes of The Kardashians’ reality show how she froze seven of her eggs when she first started dating Travis but most didn’t survive, adding that both her and Travis would love a baby “more than anything” and will embrace “whatever’s meant to be.”
She hasn’t shared any further details about her pregnancy yet – or when exactly she’s due – however, I get the feeling we’ll be learning a lot more soon!
