Olivia Rodrigo's New Album is Here: 'GUTS'

Olivia Rodrigo’s highly anticipated second album, GUTS, has arrived and the young superstar is bursting with gratitude!

On Friday, the three-time Grammy winner released the 12-track record which features her hit singles “vampire” and “bad idea right?”

Posting the news on social media, Olivia thanked her frequent collaborator Daniel Nigro, her team and of course, her millions of fans around the world:

“Today is the day! My sophomore album GUTS is out everywhere!” she shared in a hand-written note on Instagram.

“I feel so many feelings. I feel excited, nervous, proud but mostly I feel so grateful. I feel grateful for everyone on my team who believes in me and supports me so unwaveringly. I feel grateful for my collaborator Dan who pushes me and inspires me and without whom this album wouldn’t have been possible. And lastly, I feel so immensely grateful for everyone who has so generously supported me over the past few years. Thank you to everyone who has listened and streamed and been sooo kind. I owe so much to you guys and I really hope you dig these new songs.”

GUTS, the follow-up to her debut album SOUR, has only been out for a few hours but it’s clear the 20-year-old artist has nailed it once again. According to Rolling Stone, “Olivia Rodrigo crushes the expectations” of a second album “and delivers another witty, pissed-off classic”, whilst Variety is calling it “one of the year’s best and most delightful albums.”
