It’s Plus Size Appreciation Day in the U.S. – and Lizzo is making sure her fans love themselves, no matter what size they are.
The superstar, who recently starred in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie show, has posted a message on Instagram for her “size 18 + beauties out there.”
“We getting our visibility and FINALLY brands are beginning to catch up to how fly we’ve always been. We are fashion, we are sex symbols, we are IT,” she writes sharing a video from a photo shoot with Vogue Magazine.

“There’s a long road to inclusivity and we won’t stop until we there,” Lizzo continues.
“Till then….shake yo belly, love handles, and jiggly thighs, love your double chin and wear them bikinis cus u a bad bitch!”
Plus Size Appreciation Day is celebrated on October 6 every year.
