There’s a Wizards of Waverly Place sequel in the works at Disney and both Selena Gomez and David Henrie will be a part of it!
David will once again play Justin Russo while executive producing the series while Selena will guest star as Alex Russo and also serve as executive producer.
Confirming the news on social media, Selena posted a throwback of the two of them on set, with the caption “we’re back.”
David posted a photo of the script, written by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas, with a Wizards of Waverly pencil beside it – of course! He captioned the image, “The Russo’s are excited to become a part of your family, once again, but we’ve grown. 2024, the year magic comes back!”
