Lola Tung has a new gig, and this time it’s on Broadway!
The Summer I Turner Pretty star will make her stage debut next month when she joins the cast of Hadestown, a production about mythic tales in the underworld. She’ll be taking over the role of Eurydice from current star Solea Pfeiffer who will give her final performance on February 4.
In a statement to Deadline, Lola says, “I saw Hadestown in February of 2020 and immediately fell in love with the show. I’d had dreams of being on Broadway since I performed in my middle school musicals, and after seeing Hadestown I instantly added it to the little list of dream shows in my mind.”
She will have a limited engagement with the production and will have her final performance on March 17.
