Yes, it’s true! There will be a Morning Wars Season 4! (Fun fact, it’s called The Morning Show in countries other than Australia.)
Apple’s global hit and Emmy, Screen Actors’ Guild and Critics’ Choice Award-winning drama starring and executive produced by Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, has landed an early renewal.
The streamer announced the news today, also confirming the 3rd season, which expands its star-studded cast with new additions including Jon Hamm, and Nicole Beharie, will hit Apple TV+ this spring fellow southern hemisphere friends. Also returning for the season are Julianna Margulies, Tig Notaro, Stephen Fry and Natalie Morales.
In its explosive first season, Billy Crudup’s performance as Corey Ellison, the CEO of a fictional television network, earned him an Emmy win for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series as well as a Critics’ Choic, while co-star Jen Aniston scored a SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor for her portrayal as morning news host Alex Levy.
The series has also received nominations from the Television Critics Association for Outstanding New Program and a TV Choice Award for Best New Drama.
