Olivia Rodrigo Launches ‘Fund 4 Good’ Alongside GUTS World Tour

Olivia Rodrigo has kicked off her GUTS World Tour in Palm Springs, California – and she’s also launched her ‘Fund 4 Good’, an initiative to support women and girls!

Taking to her Instagram stories, the 21-year-old artist revealed that a portion of ticket sales from her 75-stop tour would go to the fund, which is named after her single “Good 4 U”.

“I’m so excited tonight is the very first show of the GUTS World Tour, and before I pop on stage, I wanted to get on here and tell you about something I’m really excited about,” she begins her video.

“Fund 4 Good works to support all women, girls and people seeking reproductive health freedom. The fund will directly support community-based nonprofits that champion things like girls’ education, support reproductive rights, and prevent gender-based violence.”

During the clip (which has now expired but has been reposted here on TikTok), Olivia explains that she’s partnering with the National Network of Abortion Funds to “help those impacted by healthcare barriers in getting the reproductive care they deserve.” She’ll be setting up tables inside concert venues during the North American leg of the tour to provide concert-goers with pamphlets and information about reproductive health.

She ended her message, “thank you so much for supporting this cause I care so deeply about. I’ll see you on tour!”

Olivia first spoke about her Fund 4 Good during an interview with People in October last year, explaining that “it’s an initiative to raise awareness for certain groups that are championing women’s issues in America.”

Meanwhile, the first night of Olivia’s world tour is being praised by music commentators – Rolling Stone described her as a “generation-defining artist” whilst Variety said she’s “the actual rock star we’ve needed.”
