“I’m gonna be real wit y’all – I’m in the worst shape of my life,” he captioned the pic.
Someone tell Will it’s never been about his body! It’s always been about his hilarity, creativity and talent. But all thoughts on that photo aside, it turns out, he posted it for a very good reason.
Will has landed a new YouTube docuseries where he’ll take us along on his journey to be his fittest, best self. It’s tentatively titled Best Shape of My Life. Ha!

And according to an announcement from the streaming platform, the series will follow the 52-year-old movie star as he challenges himself “to improve every aspect of his fitness, from agility to power to recovery and more.”
The series will also include some special guest stars including pro-athletes, doctors and fitness experts.
In a message on Instagram, Will shared another full-length photo of himself, explaining that “this is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry.”

He says he loves his body, but wants to “FEEL better. No more midnight muffins….this is it! Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!”
The series is due out in 2022.
