The internet is full of opinions about model and new mama Barbara Palvin returning to the runway 6 weeks after giving birth - and now she's got something to say about it!
The Victoria's Secret angel took to Instagram today to share a little "reality behind all the glam." She began by sharing how grateful she is to be able to return to work, and acknowledged the mothers who don't have the same options as her:
"In the U.S., so many women are expected to return to work just 6-8 weeks after giving birth, often without paid maternity leave. Mothers deserve more time, more support, and more choices."

She also reminded us that the glitz of the runways are far from her everyday life:
"One thing I really want to say is that every postpartum journey looks different, and none of us should ever feel the need to compare. What you saw on that runway was me all dolled up, but my everyday postpartum reality looks very different. Some days, just finding time to take a shower or sit down and eat a meal in peace feels like a huge accomplishment. And that deserves to be celebrated too."
Barbara continued, "Because whether you're walking a runway, going back to work, or simply making it through another sleepless night, we all have one incredible thing in common: we created a miracle."
The 33-year-old model welcomed baby Sylvie with husband, actor Dylan Sprouse, in early September.
